RGNT Motorcycles gets big backing from tech entrepreneur Richard Hadida

Co-Founder of Evolution Gaming, Richard Hadida, invests big in the Swedish electric motorcycle company RGNT in connection with a new share issue. Mr. Hadida enters the company in the scaling-up phase in order to meet the growing demand from the European and US markets.

The recent surge in demand for stylish electric motorcycles has caused RGNT to boost the production rate of new bikes and models. Since the start in 2019 two models has been launched – RGNT No. 1 Classic, and the recent addition the Scrambler – an on- and off-road bike drawing on the iconic British predecessor. As the demand from the European and US markets are increasing so is the need for a scaled-up lean production process. Enter British Richard Hadida of Evolution Gaming fame.

“RGNT Motorcycles is an interesting company in many respects. This motorcycles segment is booming and I really look forward to be a part of the development and truly electrifying growth journey”, says Richard Hadida.

To meet the increasing demand of the market and to scale up the production capacity RGNT Motorcycles is also partnering up with Arctic Securities for new issue of shares to selected investors.

“With the new issue coming up, our experienced board, and with Mr. Hadida as a new prominent share holder and board member we’re more than ready to continue developing the company to one of the big players within vehicle electrification”, says Jonathan Åström, CEO and founder of RGNT Motorcycles.”
