Terms of agreement
This Electric Motorcycle Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) consists of the following documents:
1. RGNT Electric AB, reg. no. 559221-5759 , Wallingatan 37 , SE-111 20 Stockholm, Sweden (“RGNT”); and
2. Consumer – a natural or legal person that is acting for private or Company intern purposes and that is not a Trader
Trader – a natural or legal person acting for them purpose of their business operations.
The above parties are hereinafter each referred to as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”.
Introduction and Vehicle Configuration, RGNT manufactures an Electric Motorcycle (the “Vehicle”) in accordance with the specification (the “Vehicle Configuration”).
You accept the purchase of the Vehicle, described in the Vehicle Configuration, from RGNT and accept these Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. You accept these Terms and Conditions by ticking “Yes, I accept” in the checkout procedure on Paypal and then by placing an order. If the Customer does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, the Customer may not place any orders. You then accept the Agreement by e-signing and paying the down-payment on the RGNT website in accordance with the payment instructions in Section 4.1. All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by RGNT. Provided that RGNT accept Your purchase order RGNT will send You a confirmation (the “Confirmation”) of the accepted Agreement within seven (7) calendar days, from placing your order, to an e-mail address designated by You. The Agreement between You and RGNT will be formed when You receive the Confirmation from RGNT and only in relation to the Vehicle mentioned therein.
RGNT sells electric motorcycles to consumers only. Purchase for consumer resale purposes is not permitted. However, this does not limit Customer from selling a used/purchased Vehicle.
RGNT can only enter into agreements with customers that reside in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. By entering this Agreement You warrant that you are a resident in the European Union, Switzerland or in Norway, and that You are at least eighteen (18) years old and are legally capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
Agreements may only be concluded with RGNT in English.
The price for the RGNT No1 – Standard is €10500 + Optional extras Incl VAT (the “Agreed Price”).
A deposit of €150 payed for in RGNTs configurator.
Deposit As stated above in Section 2.1, to enter into this Agreement, You must pay a down payment of €150. Payment of the down-payment must be made by You to RGNT via our checkout online.The down-payment will be retained by RGNT on a separate account for down-payments and will not be used for financing the production of RGNT Electric Motorcycles. The down-payment will be deducted from the Agreed Price when You are requested to pay the final payment when the Vehicle is ready for delivery, see Section 4.2.
Final payment You will receive a notification by email, to an e-mail address designated by You, from RGNT when the Vehicle is ready for delivery. RGNT will at the same time ask You to make Your final payment €10350 + cost of optional extras incl VAT. You must pay the final payment within thirty (30) calendar days from receiving the notification. You shall make the payment in accordance with RGNT’s payment instructions, the instructions will be sent via email to you. Within thirty (30) calendar days from when Your final payment is registered with RGNT the Vehicle will be prepared for registration and delivery to You.
In case of late payment, RGNT may charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (Sw. Räntelag (1975:635)). Should the Swedish Interest Act not be applicable due to mandatory consumer law in the Customer’s country, RGNT may charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable law.
The Vehicle will be delivered at the latest six (6) months after RGNT has sent the Confirmation.
The cost for transportation is free of charge if the Vehicle is delivered via one of the agreed dealers. The transportation cost and additional customs fees and additional costs for loading and unloading if applicable shall be paid by You to RGNT at the same time as final payment in accordance with payment instructions for final payment, see Section 4.2. If customs fees and costs for loading and unloading are not possible to calculate before final payment, RGNT may charge You the amount for such additional costs after shipping of the Vehicle by using the same payment method as used by You for final payment. You will receive a notice by e-mail regarding the additional costs in advance of RGNT charging You for the additional costs.
The time for delivery is set out above under section 5.1. Although RGNT will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Vehicle is delivered within the estimated timescales, RGNT cannot guarantee that the Vehicle will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting the delivery. If RGNT is unable to deliver the Vehicle without any undue delay and within thirty (30) calendar days before the time for delivery, RGNT will contact You with new delivery date.
The delivery will be considered to be completed when the Vehicle is delivered to the address designated by You when ordering the Vehicle or to the address designated by You before shipping. Before delivery You will be asked to confirm the delivery address. Please note that You are obligated to make every reasonable effort to take over the Vehicle upon delivery. Neither RGNT, nor the delivery partner, will accept a delivery take over by proxy. If You are not available at the address to take delivery, the delivery partner will use standard measures to try and effect delivery. Please, avoid providing building access codes if it is required to enter Your premises. In case You provide the building access code, RGNT cannot be held responsible for possible misuse of the access code by third parties.
Alternatively, the delivery will be considered to be completed when You have collected the Vehicle from the agreed dealer.
Right of withdrawal
You have a right to a full withdrawal up until thirty (30) days before or latest after delivery of the Vehicle. To use your right of withdrawal You must send a message by email to RGNT notifying RGNT that You want to use your right of withdrawal regarding the Vehicle. Use the template below. You must send the email without delay and at the latest fourteen (14) days from when you receive the Vehicle.
If you want to withdraw later than 30 days to delivery, RGNT will deduct €100 as an administration fee from the withdrawal.

Print, sign and scan this form and send a copy to RGNT by email to Hello@rgnt-motorcycles.com.
If You use the right of withdrawal You must arrange and pay for the transportation cost (including customs fees and additional costs for loading and unloading) for returning the Vehicle to RGNT if not mandatory consumer law in Customer’s country prescribes otherwise. The costs for returning the Vehicle can be estimated to equal RGNT’s cost for the delivery to You. You must return the Vehicle to RGNT without delay and at the latest fourteen (14) days after You sent your withdrawal message to RGNT.
Send returns to the dealership where you received your vehicle
The return package shall be marked with “RETURN”.
You must not use the Vehicle if you wish to use your right of withdrawal and the Vehicle must be sent back in its original packaging. New transportation packaging may be added outside the original packaging by You for the transport back to RGNT.
If you use your right of withdrawal RGNT will repay Your down-payment and final payment (including delivery cost and customs fees etc.), if already paid by You, using the same payment method used by You. Repayment will be made in Euro and without delay and at the latest fourteen (14) days after RGNT received the returned Vehicle. If the Vehicle is not returned in the same condition as You received it You are liable for the reduced value if You have handled the Vehicle in excess of what is necessary to determine its quality and functions. The repayment will be reduced with an amount equal to the loss of value of the Vehicle in accordance with applicable law.
Complaint & warranty period
If You consider the Vehicle to not be in conformity with your order or the Vehicle would fail to function because of defects in workmanship or materials, You have a possibility for complaint for a period of no longer than three (3) years from the day of delivery of the Vehicle. You shall notify RGNT, preferably by email to Hello@regent-motorcycles.com, of Your complaint within reasonable time from the date on which You detected such lack of conformity and present RGNT with details of the Vehicle, including order number, and its lack of conformity. RGNT may then give you further instructions on how to proceed.
The remedy method must be agreed with RGNT in advance. RGNT has, at its own discretion and cost, the option to repair or arrange for reparation of the Vehicle, if RGNT would asses the Vehicle to be in lack of conformity. RGNT may also withdraw the Vehicle and send You a new vehicle in return, alternatively reimburse your payment for the Vehicle that lack conformity, at RGNT’s cost and sole discretion, if not mandatory consumer legislation in the Customer’s country prescribes otherwise.
If agreed with RGNT that the Vehicle should be returned, send the returning vehicle to the dealership where it was delivered originally.
The return package shall be marked with “RETURN- COMPLAINT”.
You acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) regarding the Vehicle shall remain the property of RGNT. RGNT retains the IPR to the Vehicle even when such Vehicle has been produced specially for the Customer.
limitation of Liability
The maximum and aggregate loss or damage RGNT shall be liable for under this Agreement is limited to the price the Customer has paid for the Vehicle (excluding customs fees) to which the loss or damage pertains.
RGNT shall only be liable to compensate the Customer for direct damages/losses, excluding any consequential damages/losses and/or any and all indirect damages/losses.
RGNT shall not be liable to compensate any third party damages/losses.
The limitations set forth above shall not affect Customer’s legal rights as a consumer pursuant to mandatory consumer law.
Governing law & Entire Agreement
The Parties confirm that this Agreement represents the entire understanding and constitutes the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations or warranties, whether oral or written, by any representative of either of the Parties.
Swedish law applies to this Agreement without regard to its principles of conflict of laws
These Terms and Conditions do not replace any documentation delivered with a purchased Vehicle, such as, but not limited to, the manual. RGNT therefore advise You to carefully read through the manual before You start using the Vehicle.
For purchases within Sweden the ”Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler” and “Konsumentköplag (1990:932)” usually are applicable.

RGNT is registered with the Online dispute resolution of the EU (the “ODR-platform”) and offer you the opportunity to submit your complaint about the purchase through the platform. The ODR-platform is provided by the European Commission and allow consumers and traders in the EU or Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein to resolve disputes relating to online purchases of goods and services without going to court, https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home.howitworks
Any dispute, not submitted to the ODR-Platform, arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the district court (Sw tingsrätt) in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Statutory regulations on mandatory application of national or international consumer protection law remain unaffected by this section 11.
RGNT shall be entitled to suspend performance of its obligations under the Agreement to the extent that such performance is impeded or made unreasonably onerous by any of the following circumstances: industrial disputes and any other circumstance beyond the control of RGNT such as fire, war, extensive military mobilization, cyber attacks, insurrection, requisition, seizure, embargo, restrictions in the use of power and defects or delays in deliveries by subcontractors caused by any such circumstance as referred to in this section.
