How do I reserve a Street Classic?

Place a fully refundable €100 reservation. That’s it. Your spot in the production queue is saved instantly.

How do I reserve a Turbo?

Place a fully refundable €100 reservation. As soon as the downpayment is secure (see below about downpayment under “How do I secure my delivery slot?”) your bike will be ready for pickup within 2 weeks.

Is the €100 really refundable?

Yes.

It’s 100% refundable for 30 days, no questions asked. 

What happens after I place the €100 reservation?

Within 5 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Your estimated delivery week (±3 weeks)
  • The authorized RGNT dealer assigned to your order. They’ll handle downpayment, logistics, support, and warranty service. 

How do I secure my delivery slot?

To lock your build and delivery week, you pay a €1,000 down payment. This is non-refundable – it tells our workshop, “start crafting my bike.” 

Can I change my configuration later?

Yes. You can adjust your bike’s colour, battery, or options up to 4 weeks before your delivery week. After that, your build enters finished production and can’t be changed. 

When do I pay the rest?

When your bike arrives at your assigned dealer. You’ll pay the remaining balance + €250 delivery fee when you pick up the motorcycle. Local VAT is included in the final price. 

Which countries can pre-order?

We currently deliver to: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy. If you live elsewhere, stay tuned – we’re expanding. Or just pick it up in a nearby country, and drive it home.

When will my bike be delivered?

Your confirmation email includes an estimated delivery week. Production and logistics allow deliveries up to 6 weeks earlier or later. Note that the Turbo has a fast build and delivery time of about two weeks. Your dealer will keep you updated. 

Can I cancel my order?

  • €100 reservation – refundable within 30 days.
  • €1,000 down payment – non-refundable. Once the down payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled. 

What about warranty and service?

Your authorized dealer handles registration, service, support and warranty activation. They’re your go-to partner from day one.
