AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between RGNT Motorcycles, and the individual or entity participating in the Ambassador Program (“Ambassador”). By participating in the Ambassador Program, Ambassadors agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment in the Ambassador Program:

1.1 Ambassador enrollment in the Ambassador Program is subject to approval by RGNT Motorcycles. RGNT Motorcycles reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1 Ambassadors agrees to promote RGNT Motorcycles’ specified products, which include the following motorcycles:

– The No.1 Classic
– The No.1 Classic SE
– The No.1 Scrambler
– The No.1 Scrambler SE

2.2 Ambassadors shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical advertising methods.

3. Commission Structure:

3.1 Ambassadors shall be eligible to earn a commission for each referred customer who completes a purchase of the specified RGNT Motorcycles products.

3.2 The commission amount is €500 for each referred customer.

4. Payment:

4.1 Ambassadors shall receive a commission of €500 for each referred customer, subject to the following conditions:

4.2 The referred customer must have paid the full invoice amount for the specified products.

4.3 Commissions will be paid to the Ambassador after the referred customer’s invoice payment has been confirmed by RGNT Motorcycles.

4.4 Payment will be made via [Preferred Payment Method] to the Ambassador’s designated account.

5. Refund and Chargeback Policy:

5.1 In the event that a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, or cancel the order the corresponding commission for that customer will be deducted from Ambassador’s future earnings or cancelled if the commission is not yet paid out to the Ambassador.

6. Term and Termination:

6.1 This Agreement shall commence upon acceptance of Ambassador’s application and shall continue until terminated by either party.

6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.

7. Exclusivity of Specified Products:

7.1 This Ambassador program only includes the promotion and commission structure for the following specified products:

– The No.1 Classic
– The No.1 Classic SE
– The No.1 Scrambler
– The No.1 Scrambler SE

7.2 No other products or services offered by RGNT Motorcycles are included in this Ambassador program.

8. Modification of Terms:

8.1 RGNT Motorcycles reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Confidentiality:

9.1 Ambassadors agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from RGNT Motorcycles in connection with the Ambassador Program.

10. Governing Law:

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

11. Entire Agreement:

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements.

By enrolling in the Ambassador Program, Ambassadors acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If Ambassadors does not agree to these terms, they should not participate in the Ambassador Program.
