You can pre-order a RGNT No.1 Classic or Scrambler on our website. Make the bike your own by using our customizable feature and choose your personal seat and tank color. We require a deposit of €450 to start, and the remaining balance will be due a couple of weeks before your bike is shipped out.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. However, ensure you cancel before we begin production of your bike.

What happens to my deposit after I cancel?

Your deposit is refundable 14 days from the order date of your bike. Otherwise, we’ll have to class your deposit as non-refundable.

How long does my bike take to arrive?

This depends on our production queue which varies monthly. Usually we ship within 10-15 weeks.

The engine is quiet and there is no additional sound added to it. Thanks to its L3e-A1 classification, we’re not required to amplify or alter  the sound in any way.

How long does it take to charge the battery and how do I charge the bike?

Go from 0-100% to fully charged in 6.5 hours. However, 20-80% in 3,5 hours. Just plug it in. RGNT bikes are compatible with all standard outlets.

Where are the bikes made?

All RGNT bikes are built by hand by RGNT engineers at our flagship location in Kungsbacka, Sweden as well as at our partner manufacturers. We out-source parts that are hard to come by and expect the same high standard and quality from our suppliers as we do from ourselves. See more about our building process here.

Do I need a driver’s license?

You need a licence to drive an EU vehicle class L3e-A1, meaning vehicles up to 11kW power. Many EU countries allow you to drive a bike with your car license.

However this differs between countries. We recommend that you get in touch with your local authorities to find out which license you’ll need to get for your country.

How do I insure the bike?

The RGNT No.1 bike is insured like all other bikes. We recommend checking with your insurance company. Generally they’ll ask for specifications such as licence type, kW power and more. The cost of insurance will differ but the bike’s L3e-A1 classification, should keep the fee relatively low.

How long is the warranty for?

In tune with EU guidelines, the warranty available with purchase is available for 2 years and 30.000 KM. More info on warranty terms can be found here.

I have an issue with my bike, where do I get support?

Send us an email at if you have any problems with your RGNT bike. Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll arrange for repairs either at your location or at a service partner near you.

What kind of maintenance is required?

Our RGNT bike requires much less maintenance than a combustion engine motorcycle. Each one of our certified service partners are qualified for maintaining electric motorcycles.

For upkeep, simple maintenance and everything you can do yourself, we invite you to use the RGNT owner’s manual, which comes with the purchase of your bike.
