Where can I buy a RGNT No.1?
The RGNT No.1 is approved in all EU countries, Switzerland and Norway. As long as you live in any of these countries you can order your RGNT directly via our web-shop.
You can also buy a RGNT at one of our local dealers. Email us to get information about your closest dealer.
How do I pre-order a RGNT No.1?
You can pre-order a RGNT No.1 in our webshop. There you choose all the add-ons. A deposition of €150 is paid at checkout.
I have pre-ordered a RGNT No.1, what are next steps?
You will be contacted by us with a confirmation of your order. We will ask for your preferred delivery place and method. You will then be informed when the production starts. At production start you will be asked to pay for the reminder of the bike. The bike will then be produced and delivered to you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel a pre-order? And what happens to the deposition I have paid if I cancel?
You have the right to cancel your pre-order until we have started production of your bike. If you cancel your deposition will be returned to you. You will be informed when this occurs, but it is generally 4 weeks before delivery.
What is the delivery time?
If you place a pre-order today we expect to deliver it to you in March 2021.
Where can I get my RGNT No.1 delivered?
If you order a bike from our website we will deliver to your closest dealer for no additional cost. You can also pick up the bike in our factory in Gothenburg or in our showroom in Stockholm free of charge. Home delivery is possible for a fee.
If you buy a bike from a dealer and they have the bike in their inventory you will receive the bike directly from the dealer.
Do you offer financing?
We are in the process of setting up financing options. We will offer you the possibility of splitting up the payment in several installments.
Licence and Insurance
What driver license do I need?
You need a licence to drive EU vehicle class L3e-A1, meaning vehicles up to 11kW power.
In many EU countries you can drive the bike with your car license.
You should look up with your local authorities what licence you need since it differs between countries.
What do I need to know about Insurance?
The RGNT No.1 is insured in the same way as other motorcycles. We recommend you check with your insurance company. Generally they want to know about the specifications of the bike, such as licence type, kW power and more
The cost of insurance differs but is in general low since the bike is classed as a L3e-A1
I have looked at the bikes full specs and other information at your website, how can I get more information?

How do I book a test drive of the bike?
You can test drive the bike at one of our dealers or at the RGNT showrooms in Gothenburg and Stockholm. Please send us an email to setup a test drive.
You will soon also be able to book a test drive via one of our ambassadors, which are RGNT owners that lend their bike for test drives.
What does the bike sound like?
The sound of the engine is quiet and there is no additional sound added. Additional sound is not required for the RGNT No.1 due to its L3e-A1 classification.
How do I charge the battery and how long does it take?
The battery can be charged with all standard outlets.
The battery is fully charged in 6.5 hours.
Where is the bike made?
Almost the entire bike is made by hand in Sweden by RGNT engineers or RGNT manufacturing partners. We source some hard-to-find parts, but always puts the same high standard on our suppliers as we do on ourselves.
Warranty, Repairs and Maintenance
What is the warranty?
A 2 year and 30.000 km warranty in accordance with EU regulations is included in your purchase. You can read the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
How can I get help if i have issues with my bike?
If something breaks or you have issues with your bike you should contact us at email@example.com.
We will then arrange for repairs, either at your home location or at a Service Partner close to you.
What maintenance is required?
The RGNT bike needs less maintenance compared to a combustion engine motorcycle. And all our Service Partners are trained in maintaining electrical motorcycles. For maintenance work you want to perform yourself you will be aided by the owners manual that you receive upon purchase of a bike.
