Where can I buy a RGNT bike?

The RGNT No.1 is available and approved in all countries across the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. As long as you call one of these countries home, you can purchase a bike on our website.

You can also go through one of our dealers. Find your nearest RGNT dealer here or contact us to make your purchase online.

Please note that if you place an order from a country where a local dealer is not present, it will be handled as a private import meaning that the delivery, import fees, registration needs as well as the service and maintenance of the motorcycle will be handled by you.

How can I pre-order a RGNT No.1?

You can pre-order a RGNT No.1 Classic or Scrambler on our website. Make the bike your own by using our customizable features and choose your personal seat and tank color. We require a deposit of €100 to start, and the remaining balance will be due a couple of weeks before your bike is shipped out.

Can I change the specification of my bike after I have confirmed my order?

Yes, but make sure you contact us about your inquiry before full payment and production starts.

How long does my bike take to arrive?

This depends on our production queue which varies monthly. Usually we ship within 3-6 weeks.

Where does my RGNT No.1 get delivered to?

When you order via our website, you have the option of shipping your bike to your home address, your nearest dealer, or pick up at our location in Kungsbacka, Sweden (only for Swedish residents).

If you’ve ordered through a dealer, your bike will be delivered to that particular location.

How is the bike delivered?

The bike will be delivered in a wooden crate with a Quick Guide on how to set up your bike.

How do I pay for my bike?

A deposit of €100 will be paid with card or PayPal when you place your order. The rest of the amount will be invoiced by RGNT Motorcycles before the production starts. The applicable VAT will be deducted on the final invoice. You as a customer will then pay VAT in your country of residence.

Information regarding Switzerland and the United Kingdom:
Orders made from Switzerland and the United Kingdom are administered by our local partner. The final invoice as well as assistance with registration and customs will be handled by our partner. Please note that any fees or additional cost regarding import will be added to the original price.

How much is the shipping cost?

Standard shipping cost is €250 in countries where we have dealers.

Outside these countries the shipping cost is not fixed and will vary based on country of residence. The shipping cost will be added on your final invoice.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. However, ensure you cancel before we begin production of your bike.

What happens to my deposit if I cancel?

Your deposit is refundable 14 days from the order date of your bike. Otherwise, we’ll have to class your deposit as non-refundable.

Regulations

Countries within Europe:
The RGNT Motorcycle is legal to ride within Europe including UK, Switzerland and Norway. The RGNT is only homologated for European countries including UK, Switzerland and Norway. The RGNT Motorcycle has internet connection within European countries including UK, Switzerland and Norway

Countries outside of Europe:
The RGNT Motorcycle is not legal to use in countries outside of Europe. RGNT will NOT be able to perform any types of service or maintenance of the motorcycle outside of Europe. Warranty claims is not possible outside of Europe. In countries outside of Europe, the RGNT Motorcycle has no possibility to connect to the internet.

Return Policy for Merch and Accessories

We take pride in providing high-quality merchandise and accessories. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. Please review the following return guidelines:

Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags.

Return Process
Customers who wish to initiate a return must contact our customer service team at hello@rgnt-motorcycles.com within the 30-day return window to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included in your return package.
Once you have received your RAN, you have two options for return shipping:

a) Ship yourself: You have the option to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Upon receipt of the returned item, and subsequent investigation, a full refund will be issued if the item meets the return eligibility criteria. Ship the items you wish to return to:

b) Return Label: We can provide you with a return shipping label at your request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount once the returned item is received and investigated.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a couple of business days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Items purchased beyond the 30-day return window.
– Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are missing original packaging or tags.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Can I book a test drive?

Of course. You can test drive a RGNT No 1. at one of our dealers or at our flagship location in Kungsbacka, Sweden. Book your test drive here.

What does the RGNT bike sound like?

The engine is quiet and there is no additional sound added to it. Thanks to its L3e-A1 classification, we’re not required to amplify or alter the sound in any way.

Where are the bikes made?

All RGNT bikes are built by hand by RGNT engineers and product specialists at our flagship location in Kungsbacka, Sweden.

How do I resgister the bike in my country?

The bike will arrive unregistrated together with the original CoC. You will have to arrange the registration yourself. Please contact your local authorities or dealer for help.

Does my RGNT Motorcycle qualify for EV incentives?

Please check with your local authorities or local dealer for help.

What kind of drivers license do I need to drive a RGNT Motorcycle?

You need a license to drive an EU vehicle class L3e-A1, meaning vehicles up to 11kW power. Many EU countries allow you to drive a bike with your car license.

However this differs between countries. We recommend that you get in touch with your local authorities to find out which license you’ll need to get for your country.

How do I insure the bike?

The RGNT No.1 bike is insured like all other bikes. We recommend checking with your insurance company. Generally they’ll ask for specifications such as license type, kW power and more. The cost of insurance will differ but the bike’s L3e-A1 classification, should keep the fee relatively low.

How long is the warranty for?

In tune with EU guidelines, all RGNT motorcycles has a 2 years warranty.

What kind of maintenance is required?

Our RGNT bike requires much less maintenance than a combustion engine motorcycle. Each one of our certified service partners are qualified for maintaining electric motorcycles.

Can I buy spare parts for my RGNT Motorcycles?

Yes, either at your local dealer or through us! We recommend you do it through your local dealer.

I have an issue with my bike, where do I get support?

Contact your local dealer or send us an email at support@rgnt-motorcycles.com if you have any problems with your RGNT bike.

What is Extended battery warranty ?

When purchasing a new RGNT Motorcycle (SE or SEL) the end consumer will also have the opportunity to buy an Extended Battery Warranty. This warranty is available from the date of purchase from an authorized RGNT dealer or directly from our homepage. The Extended Battery Warranty includes the main battery only.
When purchasing this Extended Battery Warranty this will then provide an
extra 2 years battery warranty on top of the 3 years standard battery warranty.
This will give you a total of 5 years. The warranty starts from the day you receive your motorcycle.

What models can have Extended battery warranty?

Extended Battery Warranty is available only for the RGNT No. 1 Classic SE / SEL & No. 1 Scrambler SE / SEL. The Extended Battery Warranty price is 750 Euro.

What is included in Extended battery warranty?

Purchasing the Extended Battery Warranty will give you:

  • Protection from any unexpected repair of the main battery;
  • No upfront repair cost;
  • The safety that the battery will sustain a minimum of 70 % capacity
    during the 5 years of warranty, if not we will replace it;
  • If the event of resale the warranty will follow the motorcycle.
    This will raise the value of the motorcycle to buyers.

Is it a manual or automatic motorcycle?

The RGNT Motorcycle is an automatic motorcycle.

What is the torque of the motorcycle?

The RGNT Motorcycles has a maximum torque of 390 Nm.

How many cubic capacity (cc) is the bikes?

Welcome to the future. It has no cc, it is an electric motorycle.

What kind of battery does the bike have?

The RGNT Motorcycle battery is a custom Li-Ion batterypack, 88 Volts.

What is the difference between the No.1 Classic and the Scrambler?

The No.1 Classic is built to provide the rider with a comfortable experience while embracing freedom. The Classic No.1 equals timeless, sporty elegance. Add your own touch to the bike by choosing colour of the tank, grips, saddle and more.

The No.1 Scrambler is the perfect combination of city life together with more venturous challenges. The tires and rims enjoy paved roads as much as gravel and mud. This bike is limited to one design. A design to fit the more adventurous rider.

What features are in the HMI and what does connectivity mean?

The features found in the HMI are speedometer, map view, light settings and more. Connectivity means that the bike is connected by 4G and GPS thus giving the user many functions such as advanced vehicle health and service functions.

How long does it take to charge the battery and how do I charge the bike?

Go from 0-100% to fully charged in 6.5 hours but charges 20-80% in 3,5 hours. Just plug it in. RGNT bikes are compatible with all standard outlets.

What can I do to maintain best possible battery health?

Charge the battery to 100% after every time you ride or a minimum one time every 7 days if ridning daily. The preferred temperature of storing the bike is between 5-25°C. When long-time storing the bike, make sure the battery is at 100%. Recharge minimum of 1 time every 25 days.

Note: The battery is 100% charged when display shows 100% and the charger is showing Green light.

Is the motorcycle resistant to all types of weather conditions?

The motorcycle is approved according to the CE regulations and classified like any other motorcycle on the market. There is no danger of driving in the rain or having the motorcycle standing outdoors. However, storage outside for a longer period of time can cause wear and tear on the motorcycle. If you have the leather saddle as an option, it should be treated contoured with skincare. If you plan on charging your bike outside while raining, keep the charger in a dry environment while the wire is plugged in.

How does the battery/bike perform in hot and cold conditions?

In cold Motorcycle weather and hot summer the battery may need cut back the power output but in cold this will stop when the bike naturally heats up.

How do I store the bike for a long time?

Always charge the motorcycle to 100% battery level a minimum of 1 time in 25 days when long time storage. This way you ensure the best possible battery health. Do not leave the charger connected to the bike more than when you charge. Store the bike in garage if possible. If you store the bike outside, we recommend using a cover of some kind.
