Make sure our motorcycles perform as they should — wherever they are ridden in Europe.
RGNT Motorcycles is looking for a driven and technically minded person who wants to ensure that our motorcycles perform as they should – wherever they are ridden in Europe. You will be based at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, while travelling at least 30% of the time. Most trips will be to our dealers in France and Germany, with a particular focus on the Paris area.
About the role
Your main responsibility will be to help us build a stable and self-sufficient European aftersales organisation together with our dealer network. The focus is on giving our dealers the knowledge, instructions and tools they need to service our motorcycles and support their customers independently. You will also handle incoming spare-parts orders, dispatch parts and assist dealers with technical troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities
Training dealers in service, troubleshooting and repairs
Writing clear service instructions and technical documentation
Visiting dealers and providing practical workshop support
Handling incoming spare-parts orders
Picking, packing and shipping spare parts to dealers and customers
Supporting dealers with technical troubleshooting
Identifying recurring issues and escalating them internally
Creating clear processes for warranty cases, spare parts and technical support
Ensuring that dealers have the correct knowledge, tools and equipment
Acting as the link between customers, dealers and our technical team in Gothenburg
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone ambitious, curious and eager to grow with an international motorcycle company. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you must have a genuine interest in understanding how things work and take responsibility for getting problems resolved. We believe that you:
Have good mechanical skills and a strong technical interest
Work in a structured way and follow tasks through to completion
Can explain technical matters clearly and confidently
Are comfortable working both in the workshop and at a computer
Are self-driven and comfortable travelling independently
Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Hold a valid driving licence
German language skills are highly valued. Experience with motorcycles, electric vehicles, automotive technology, technical support, warehousing or workshop operations is also an advantage.
What do we offer?
You will take on a central role in a small and fast-moving team, with the opportunity to shape how RGNT’s European aftersales organisation is built. The role combines technology, troubleshooting, logistics, travel and close collaboration with our dealers.
