Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. 

2. Reservation Deposit 

A fully refundable deposit of €100 is required to reserve your motorcycle.  
The deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel within 30 days of payment.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Down Payment

Within 5 business days of receiving your €100 reservation deposit, RGNT will send you a confirmation containing:

  • Your estimated delivery week (± 3 weeks)  
  • Your assigned authorised RGNT dealer (responsible for transportation, service support and warranty)

To secure your order and the stated delivery slot, you must pay the non-refundable €1,000 down payment within the deadline stated in the confirmation (normally within 30 days of the reservation deposit). Failure to pay the €1,000 down payment on time will result in forfeiture of the €100 reservation deposit and loss of the allocated delivery slot.

4. Order Changes & Cancellation

Changes to performance specifications or cosmetic options (e.g., tank size, battery, colour) must be requested in writing and will only be accepted if submitted at least 4 weeks before the confirmed delivery week.

  • After the €1,000 down payment has been made, full cancellation or termination of the order is no longer permitted (regardless of timing).

5. Price & Payment  

The quoted price includes local VAT of the delivery country.  
The remaining balance + €250 shipping/transport fee is due in full at the assigned authorised RGNT dealer upon collection/delivery of the motorcycle.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available only to the following countries:  
Norway, Sweden · Denmark · Finland · Germany · Netherlands · Belgium · France · Switzerland · Austria · Luxembourg · Spain & Italy  
Estimated delivery weeks are indicative. RGNT reserves the right to deliver up to 6 weeks earlier or 6 weeks later than the confirmed week.

7. Force Majeure

RGNT shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (acts of God, war, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, etc.).

8. Dealer Responsibilities

The assigned authorized RGNT dealer is responsible for:

  • Transportation/logistics
  • Vehicle registration
  • Any additional local taxes or fees
  • Warranty activation and all warranty service

9. Warranty & Liability

RGNT provides no direct warranty. Warranty is provided and serviced exclusively by the assigned dealer. RGNT is not liable for personal injury, consequential damages, or any loss arising from the use of the motorcycle.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution  

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by simplified arbitration (förenklad skiljedomstol) administered by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in accordance with its Rules for Simplified Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

By paying the €100 deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
